Bring your AIs into the same Room.
Reshi helps ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini work from the same project context. Use the AI subscriptions you already have, keep your project files in your own Dropbox, and decide what each AI is allowed to do.
Built for people who use more than one AI and are tired of carrying context between them.
Your work should not restart every time you change AI.
Each AI has different strengths, but each one normally lives in a separate conversation. Moving between them means copying prompts, re-uploading files, and explaining the project again.
Reshi gives the project a shared home. The AI can change. The Room stays.
One project. Several AIs. You stay in charge.
- Connect your services. Connect your Dropbox for your Room files and the AI accounts you already use.
- Create a Room. A Room holds the files and handoffs for one project.
- Choose the jobs. Pick a manager, writer, or auditor according to what you want each AI to do.
- Review the result. Reshi carries approved context between participants and brings the work back to you.
Every workflow starts with a person and returns to a person.
Read the documentation for the full setup.
The Room belongs to the project, not the AI.
The Room keeps the project’s shared files and handoffs together when you move between supported AI services. You can change participants without rebuilding the project from memory.
- Shared continuity — Give each participant the context it needs.
- Clear jobs — Decide who manages, works, and checks the work.
- Visible handoffs — See what was sent, what returned, and what still needs your attention.
Your project stays under your control.
- Your Room lives in a folder in your own Dropbox.
- Reshi does not collect or store your Room files, messages, or review text in its hosted connector.
- When an AI asks Reshi for approved Room information, the hosted connector passes the request and answer between your computer and that AI provider. It does not save the content.
- Reshi collects limited operational data needed to route requests, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and keep the service reliable.
- The Reshi panel sends a few anonymous usage events to help improve Reshi. They carry no content and no identity, and you can turn them off.
- Reshi does not sell your data or use your Room content to train AI models.
- You decide which services enter a Room and which job each one receives.

Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini work on any plan that allows connectors. Reshi runs on Windows with Google Chrome; a Mac version is coming. Other storage services are coming.
Support varies because each provider controls what its consumer product allows.
Free for people and small organizations.
Reshi does not charge ordinary consumers a subscription fee. You continue to pay the AI and storage providers you choose.
Commercial organizations use Reshi free while their gross revenue remains below $500,000 during the previous 12 months. Larger organizations purchase a simple annual internal-use license.
| Previous 12 months of gross revenue | Annual license |
|---|---|
| Under $500,000 | Free |
| $500,000 to under $1 million | $500 |
| $1 million to under $5 million | $2,000 |
| $5 million to under $25 million | $5,000 |
| $25 million or more | Contact Reshi |
Personal, educational, and nonprofit use is free. Commercial evaluation is free for 30 days. Organizations have 90 days to purchase a license after crossing a threshold.
Frequently asked questions
What is Reshi?
Reshi is a coordination layer for projects that use more than one AI. It gives supported AI services a shared Room for approved files and handoffs while the user remains in control.
Why would I use more than one AI?
Different AI services are good at different things. One may help you plan, another may produce the work, and another may catch mistakes. Reshi reduces the copying and repeated explanations normally required to use them together.
Does Reshi replace ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini?
No. Reshi connects supported services and helps them work with the same project. You still use accounts supplied by those companies.
Do I need existing AI subscriptions?
Yes. Reshi does not include access to paid AI models. Each provider decides which plans support connections and what actions its service permits.
Do I need API keys?
Not for Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini: Reshi uses your existing account on any plan that allows connectors. An open model needs your OpenRouter key, which Reshi keeps on your computer only.
What is a Room?
A Room is the shared project space. It contains the project files, participant list, jobs, and handoffs needed to continue the work across supported AI services.
What do manager, writer, and auditor mean?
- A manager collaborates with you, sends approved work to other participants, and brings the result back.
- A writer performs a bounded task using the access you approve.
- An auditor checks work independently and reports problems or a passing result.
The available actions depend on what each AI provider supports. Through the link inside claude.ai, chatgpt.com or gemini, each AI holds one job per Room for now.
Can the AIs act without me?
Reshi is designed around human checkpoints. A person starts the workflow, chooses the participants and permissions, and receives the result. Any future autonomous workflow must remain bounded and return to a human.
Does my computer have to be on?
Yes. Your AIs reach your Room through Reshi on your computer.
Where are my files stored?
In a folder in your own Dropbox. Other storage services are coming.
Does Reshi collect my files or conversations?
Reshi does not collect or store the contents of your Room files, Relay messages, or review text in its hosted connector. Approved tool content passes through the connector while it is delivered between your computer and the AI provider, but Reshi does not retain that content there.
The AI and storage providers you choose may process or retain information under their own terms and privacy policies.
What operational data does Reshi collect?
Reshi keeps limited records needed to operate and protect the connection. These can include when a connector was used, connection and request identifiers, which Reshi tool was called, whether it succeeded, how many bytes passed, and a salted hash representing the Room. Reshi also keeps cryptographic digests of the tokens its connector issues so it can validate and revoke connections without storing those tokens in its operational records. These records do not contain Room names, file names, file contents, message text, or review text.
Operational logs are kept for up to 14 days unless a longer period is required to investigate abuse, satisfy the law, or resolve a support request you opened. The privacy policy lists every record and the anonymous usage events.
Can Reshi read information while it is being delivered?
The hosted connector must handle approved tool requests and answers long enough to forward them. That means the content is visible to the connector while in transit. Reshi does not save it as a hosted copy or use it for advertising or AI training.
Does Reshi sell my data?
No. Reshi does not sell personal data, Room content, or operational data.
Can every connected AI see everything in a Room?
Room access is granted by job and by the capabilities the provider supports. The Room is the privacy boundary: when a job includes Room reading, that participant may read the files in that Room. Put only material you want the approved participants to use in that Room.
What happens when an AI service is unavailable?
Reshi stops that action and tells you that the service could not be reached. It does not silently resend the work or pretend the participant completed it.
Is Reshi free?
Reshi is free for personal, educational, and nonprofit use and for commercial organizations below $500,000 in gross revenue during the previous 12 months. Commercial evaluation is free for 30 days. Larger organizations purchase an annual internal-use license. You still pay your chosen AI and storage providers.
Can my company resell or white-label Reshi?
No. Reshi licenses are for using Reshi inside the licensed organization. They do not permit resale, redistribution, sublicensing, embedding, or white-label versions.
Is there a mobile app or one combined Reshi chat?
Not yet. Both are planned for after the extension proves the workflow; neither is available today.
How do I report a problem or suggest an improvement?
Contact Reshi support. Include the support reference shown with the error. Do not include passwords, account tokens, or private Room content.
